LEMON, CUCUMBER & BASIL WATER
Feel free to experiment with how much basil you like and substitute this with mint or rosemary if you are not a huge fan of basil. 1.
RECIPE (850ml bottle)
1/2 fresh lemon
1/4 cup of fresh cucumber or cucumber peel
3-4 leaves of basil
Add the cucumber and peel, as well as the basil to your bottle or container and pour fresh & cold water over the ingredients and enjoy.
Infused water holds up to 24 hours in your refrigerator.
NOTE
Drinking lemon, cucumber and mint water throughout the day is on of the best ways to clean out the liver and help your body have a better digestion while adding a little extra magnesium to you daily dose.
