Step 1: Hit the activator against the tuning fork to start vibration. You’ll hear a sound.
Step 2: Hold the fork beside your right ear for a few seconds and slowly move it over your forehead, close to your skin without touching it, to your left ear. Hold for a few seconds. Repeat the sequence to your right ear and then finish by your left ear.
