Plasticiser based on plant-based raw materials. It easily sinks into the skin and slows down the loss of moisture. It also protects against damage by free radicals.

Corn germ oil provides the skin with lacking essential fatty acids. The skin becomes smooth, soft and looks healthier.

Zinc Oxide

Zinc oxide is a mineral substance with skin protecting properties. Zinc oxide works anti-inflammatory, astringent, soothing, anti-microbial and dehydrating. It has high opacity, reflects visible light and absorbs UV radiation effectively in micronised form, especially in the range from 340–380 nm.

Sorbitol

The ingredient sorbitol smoothes and nourishes the skin and restores moisture.

Saccharide Isomerate

A plant-derived sugar mixture that is present in similar form in the skin. It attaches itself to keratin in the skin and ensures that the skin is ideally hydrated.

It is derived from vitamin E and is resistant to light and oxygen. It is well absorbed by the skin and has a healing function. It acts as an antioxidant and a free radical scavenger.

Ribes Nigrum (Blackcurrant) Seed Oil

Thanks to its polyunsaturated fatty acids, blackcurrant seed oil has cell regenerating and cell protecting properties, which stimulate the skin's metabolism. Due to the high content of stearidonic acid, it is also suitable for blemished skin, acne-prone skin and inflammatory skin conditions. Sensitive skin is soothed by the anti-inflammatory properties in the blackcurrant seed oil.

Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla Wax) Cera

Wax from the candelilla plant (spurge family). It has good stability, good adhesion and makes the skin supple.

Sericin

Silk protein is made of finely milled silk threads of the silk moth caterpillar. The silk worm pupates in the larval stage and spins itself with a very long protein thread. The resulting cocoon is unwound and cleaned. This results in silk yarn, which can absorb moisture very well in its finest pulverised form. It nourishes the skin and smoothes it.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of skin cells and binds moisture in the skin. Hyaluronic acid has the ability to bind very large amounts of water compared to its mass (up to six litres of water per gram). With increasing age, the hyaluronic acid content of the skin and the skin's ability to hold moisture is reduced. The more effective moisture-binding effect in comparison to other substances results from the fact that it emits its hydrate mantle only after several hours and acts in this manner over a long period of time.

Citric Acid

Citric acid to adjust the pH and moisture retention factor.

Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Extract

Cucumber juice contains sulphur, vitamins and mucilage, which smooths and firms the skin. It also has a moisturising and skin-clarifying effect.
