Handcrafted in Nantes, using exceptional cocoa beans processed at low temperatures to preserve their nutrients. It takes over 48 hours to make the chocolate.
Then the praline is prepared. The egg is first moulded, and a layer of homemade pecan praline is added to the chocolate layer (a low-sugar praline, made up of 65% pecans and cashews). Then, lightly roasted pecan nut pieces are added to the praline layer, which is then covered with a second layer of chocolate before the egg is sealed... A treasure trove of craftsmanship, just waiting to be devoured!
