Organic ceremonial grade matcha
Matcha is rich in antioxidants, especially in EGCG, for combating free-radicals and supporting cellular health. It contains L-theanine, an amino acid that enhances focus and work synergistically with caffeine by releasing it slowly and avoiding crashes, while giving sustained energy.
Organic nettle seeds
Nettle seeds act as an adaptogen to help with stress and anxiety by supporting the adrenal system. It also possesses anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties; A rich source of vitamins, minerals and unsaturated fatty acids.
Organic rose hips
Rose hips are packed wit nutrients and has high level of vitamin C, which is essential for immune system support and collagen production. It is also rich in antioxidants, making it skin-nourishing; its high dietary fiber content supports healthy digestion.
