Shipping Policy

EU Shipments

- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Free shipping for all orders above 120 € within the EU.*
- Standard shipping cost for orders below 120 €: 12 €
- Express shipping: 20 €

Special EU Shipments

For orders to Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Monaco and Norway shipping rates are calculated at checkout, allowing you to choose your preferred carrier and rate.

Extra-EU Shipments
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
- For orders outside the EU, shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with the option to select your preferred carrier and rate.

* Free international shipping thresholds may vary by location.

All shipments are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise. 

For NON-EU Countries: duties, customs clearance charges, taxes of the Customer’s country are not included and are borne by the final consumer. All these charges and expenses will not be reimbursed by the seller.

DELIVERY TO EXTRA-CEE COUNTRIES
In order to avoid Italian VAT, please follow below procedure:

  1. Register your account on MUSE & HEROINE online store: your delivery address must be a non-EU address;
  2. Send an email to hello@selfcaremuse.com to communicate your registration and asking for a special code generating the following discounts: 
  • VATFREESUPPLEMENTS: to be applied to all orders of supplements and food to get a 9% discount
  • VATFREEBEAUTY: to be applied to all other brands to get an 18% discount
  • The code is valid only by using your registered email and delivery address.

As it is not possible to apply two discount codes in the same order, in case you will have to buy both beauty and supplements products you will have to place two different orders. Of course, we will make sure to ship both in one same shipment and refund any additional shipping cost you will have to pay at the checkout. 

Please note: the code must be used while placing the order, VAT can't be refunded afterwards.

Take good note that we are not responsible for any delays resulting from incorrect addresses or postal delays.
Depending on the final destination, other national forwarder may be involved.

Any delays caused by customs, strikes, extreme weather conditions, national bank holidays or other circumstances in standard and express deliveries are out of our hands.

We are not responsible and won’t be able to issue any refunds if the affected mail carriers do not meet the standard and express delivery times. But feel reassured that we are always in contact with our forwarder companies, making sure that everything will be delivered as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
