Outer Arm Massage: Hold the Gua Sha with the curved side down.
Start at your elbow and massage upward to your shoulder and down to your armpit.
Repeat up to five times.
Inner Arm Massage: Massage the inside of your arm using long strokes from elbow to upper arm.
