Basic HORiZONE Usage Method.
1. Place the strap around your wrist.
2. Hold the device with the rods facing the scalp.
3. Apply the device to the scalp using the following motion:
Place → Apply gentle pressure → Slowly rotate
Avoid applying excessive pressure.
4. Treat 4 to 6 areas per session, spending approximately 30 seconds on each area.
The recommended pressure should be similar to the natural pressure applied by the palm of your hand.
