Rachel’s 20 years of clinical practice in naturopathy and herbalism influenced a desire to inspire a reconnection to healing herbs and to encourage confidence in the wild herbs that grow seasonally around us… This, and also to inspire an active participation in ones own healing journey.
Naturopathic philosophy is the belief that the body will thrive if given the right environment, and by using the healing power of nature and the ingredients she has to offer we can support and stimulate the bodies own natural ability to heal itself.
