1. Hold the Face Pointer like a pen.
2. Remove the cap from the side you wish to use: either the single-tip rod or the triple-tip rod. Position the rod perpendicular to the selected area and apply pressure.
3. When you feel a moderate level of stimulation, slowly release the pressure while keeping the tip in contact with the skin. It is not necessary to press the rod fully against the skin.
4. The recommended rhythm is approximately three presses per second, regardless of which rod is used. Apply pressure for about 60 seconds per point. While it is possible to continue beyond 60 seconds, excessive use is not recommended, as it may cause temporary redness or discomfort.
