MATCHA LATTE elevates Japanese matcha tea in a white chocolate with a low sugar content and a high matcha concentration. It remains a very accessible chocolate, smooth, enveloping and comforting.
The Japanese roasted rice (that we can find in genmaicha tea) adds the crunch while enhancing the subtle, vegetal, and umami notes of the exceptional Anatae matcha selected for crafting this chocolate bar.

- Matcha is rich in antioxidants (including polyphenols such as catechins) that help lower blood pressure and LDL ("bad") cholesterol levels, improve insulin sensitivity and have anti-inflammatory effects.
- It also contains phytochemicals (such as chlorophyll and quercetin). The amino acid L-theanine, found in matcha, has also been associated with improved concentration and alertness.
