Tangy Grapefruit, Lime and Herbal Rosemary: Detoxifying

Combining tangy grapefruit and herbal rosemary, tastes very refreshing and helps to detoxify your liver by adding an extra dose of vitamin C. You can experiment with how much rosemary you fancy. If you are not a big fan of rosemary you can easily substitute this with fresh mint.

  • ½ of Grapfruit for a 850ml and ¼ for Recipe for a 500ml bottle
  • 1/2 of lime
  • 1/4 sprig of fresh rosemary
Cut the rind away from the grapefruit and cut the fruit into slices or cubes. Squeeze in the lime and add all ingredients along with the rosemary to your bottle. Fill with fresh water and enjoy it.
NB Always remember to drink plastic-free! Here are our favorite BeVivid glass bottles.
