Please note: a 100% refund of your return can only be made if the items arrive in their original packaging and unused. The return of gift cards is excluded.
- CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE at: firstname.lastname@example.org including the reason of the return and the pictures of the product or box, if damaged.
- WAIT FOR THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION: you will receive an email including the return authorization to put inside the box.

The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer. In case of non-compliance of the products purchased or other issues encountered upon reception of the order, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to assist you with the return procedure.
Please note: if you have received also a GWP bag with the purchase you would like to return and if the return value falls below the minimum order amount required to access the promotion, the free-of-charge gift must also be returned to us.
