Return Policy
Muse & Heroine guaranties you the right to return items within 14 days after receipt of the articles. For hygienic and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of beauty products if the product is unopened, in its original packaging and not damaged. Goods purchased in the sale at a reduced price can not be returned as well as the return of gift cards is excluded.
HOW TO:
1. CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Please get in touch with us at orders@selfcaremuse.com, and include the reason for your return. If your order arrives damaged, please provide pictures of the product or the damaged box.
2. WAIT FOR YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION: An email containing your return authorization will be sent to you for placement inside the box.
3. RETURN OF THE ORDER: Send your return using your preferred courier to the following address (return shipping fees are covered by the customer):

The customer is responsible for covering the expenses associated with returning the product/s to our warehouse, regardless of whether a courier or postal service is used. If you encounter any discrepancies with the purchased products or face other issues upon receiving your order, please contact us at orders@selfcaremuse.com. We will gladly assist you with the return process.
Please be aware that if you have received a Gift with Purchase (GWP) bag along with the item you intend to return, and if the value of the return falls below the minimum order amount necessary to qualify for the promotion, the complimentary gift must also be returned to us.
