Return Policy

You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your items.
Please note: a 100% refund of your return can only be made if the items arrive in their original packaging and unused. The return of gift cards is excluded.

  1. CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE at: orders@selfcaremuse.com including the reason of the return and the pictures of the product or box, if damaged.
  2. WAIT FOR THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION: you will receive an email including the return authorization to put inside the box.
  3. SEND THE RETURN: ship your return with your preferred courier to the following address:

The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer. In case of non-compliance of the products purchased or other issues encountered upon reception of the order, please get in touch with us at orders@selfcaremuse.com and we’ll be happy to assist you with the return procedure. 

Please note: if you have received also a GWP bag with the purchase you would like to return and if the return value falls below the minimum order amount required to access the promotion, the free-of-charge gift must also be returned to us.
