Heartcore has not only some of the best pilates instructors in London, the airy space will make you immediately feel relaxed. For a more intense workout, Barry’s Bootcamp in Elizabeth Street is my favorite!

Farm Girl Café – this organic, Aussie spot is great for both a relaxed brunch on the weekend or breakfast meetings – their adaptogen lattes are delicious!
