In Algarve
Companhia das Culturas: Slow living kind of tourism, with a Hamam (which is really rare in Portugal), farm to table dining and a lovely workbox to practice yoga. The Owners create an amazing brand of amenities, totally organic (they are available @Sisu).
Casa Fuzetta: A special place for Retreats.
Martinhal Algarve – Sagres: One of the best Organic Spas in Algarve.

In Alentejo
Casa na Terra: A new project from Silent Living,a collective that has amazing taste and vision. Casa na Terra, as the name in Portuguese says, is a house that honors very deeply its natural surroundings, finding shelter in the land itself.
São Lourenço do Barrocal: It is one of my favorites places in Portugal. Farm to table, living the landscape, and doing activities 100% in nature. Some of the interior designs are from Joana Astolfi, an amazing well none Portuguese artist. Organic wines and olive oil and the only Susanne Kaufmann Spa in Portugal.
Other beautiful places:
Malhadinha Nova: Bio wines and olive oil with an exquisite atmosphere. Great activities to connect with nature.
Casas Caiadas:
Craveiral: Portuguese project whose experiences revisit our origins.
Cabeça da Cabra:
Casa no Tempo:
