Propolis, is used by our bees to protect the hive, its antibacterial, and anti fungal, Propolis has an incredible action which increases our resistance to disease.
It’s a mixture of resin from buds, leaves of trees, pollen & bees wax collected on the bee’s hind legs and used to build and fix hives keeping them sterile. Its especially beneficial as an antioxidant that protects the immune system against flu, chest infections, and sore throats, it also has a mild analgesic properties which help to numb irritation as well as working its healing magic.
Thyme is anti- viral, anti microbial, expectorant and a carminative helping to ease an upset tummy, helps to ease a sore throat as well as encouraging the removal of catarrh, and strengthening the respiratory system.
