The crystals of BE […] MY FRIEND come from three Swiss crystal seekers — a small trio consisting of one woman and two men — who have been searching for Alpine quartz for many years in the regions of Piz Regina and Lumnezia, in the canton of Graubünden. The brand purchases the crystals they cannot use for jewelry production, for example because they contain small inclusions. Sourcing Swiss crystals is far more difficult than most people expect. In Switzerland, only a handful of professional crystal seekers still exist. The profession is physically demanding, solitary, and dangerous.
Crystals cannot simply be picked like flowers from the ground.
These million-year-old quartz formations must be carefully extracted from deep inside the mountain using specialized tools and in strict compliance with legal regulations.

BE SOLID MY FRIEND crystal diffusers are made of raw, unpolished Alpine rock crystal.
Because the stones are natural and porous, they gently absorb essential oils and release the scent again over many hours.
Basic use
- Place the crystals in the diffuser bowl.
- Add 2–3 drops of your chosen essential oil blend directly onto the stones.
- The crystals will scent your room for up to 10 hours.
To change the scent
- Rinse the crystals under cold water for a few minutes.
- Let them dry naturally.
- Then “charge” them in sunlight or moonlight — ideally during a full moon or even a supermoon.
- We recommend charging the stones before their first use.
For smaller spaces or different rooms
- Add 1 single drop of oil to one stone only.
- Place it wherever you want a subtle scent to spread — for example in the toilet, the entryway, or a wardrobe.
