Typically, when attempting to blend grains and herbs in loose tea, the grains tend to settle at the bottom due to their weight, limiting the amount you can use. To overcome this issue, the box is ingeniously divided into two compartments: one for grains and the other for herbs. This setup allows for a double dose of that delightful malty grilled flavor.
